Lou Rossitto has found success as the president of King Fabrications which specializes in heavy structural fabrication from bridges to barges and more. As well as collecting and refurbishing classic cars, another of his passions is hunting.
This led Lou to acquire Omaha Ranch in Navasota, TX in 1984. He did not anticipate how the ranch would play an unexpected role in his family’s future. Though the 300+ acre property has long served as a guided hunting excursion destination, with an assortment of exotic wildlife, it wasn’t until 2017 the Rossitto family had the idea to get involved in the wedding industry.
The Annex Wedding Venue came to life in 2018 and now hosts not just weddings, but social and corporate events as well.
The Annex includes a 2,400+ square-foot ceremony hall that can host over 250 guests. There is also a 4,500+ square-foot reception hall with eight hotel-style rooms. The nature-themed facility offers a chic, classy feel.
The large windows in both the reception and ceremony halls allow for an abundance of natural light with spectacular views of the ranch.
Lou has worked with Whirlwind Steel for over 20 years on many projects, both professional and personal. Lou maintains a close relationship with his Whirlwind team members who appreciate him as a great partner. Lou fondly refers to our “Tinkertoy buildings” that he configures to match all the many ideas he can dream up. When asked why he works with Whirlwind, Lou stated simply that “[Whirlwind] makes it easy to achieve my vision.”
