Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) are available. The company provides basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance as well as long term disability coverage. Employees may also purchase additional term life insurance, additional accidental death and dismemberment insurance plus various other supplemental insurance coverage available to protect against cancer, accidents, short term disability, critical illnesses & hospital confinement.
Regular full-time employees earn vacation based on length of service.
Regular full-time employees receive 24 hours per year.

401(k) Retirement Plan
The Company provides a 401(k) plan for all of our full-time employees. Our employees can contribute pre-tax dollars to Whirlwind's 401(k) plan and control their 401(k) investment choices.
Section 125 (i.e: cafeteria Plan)
Whirlwind has a section 125 plan available to all full time employees which allows for "pre-tax" treatment of certain payroll deductions group insurance premiums, money "set aside" for reimbursed medical expenses and money "set aside" for dependant care.
